What we do

Our nonprofit corporation is dedicated to serving a diverse range of individuals in need, including those who are disabled, in hospice care, in long-term care facilities, displaced from their homes, and/or veterans of the United States Armed Services. Our primary mission is to enhance the quality of life and promote mental health among the communities we support.

One of our key initiatives is paying off consolidated medical debt from medical debt collectors for individuals facing financial hardship due to necessary medical expenses. This program helps alleviate significant financial burdens by allowing individuals to focus on their well-being and quality of life without the stress of looming debts.

We also supply all-in-one video game consoles free of charge to eligible individuals. By doing so, we aim to bring joy and entertainment into their lives while also fostering a sense of connectivity and community engagement.

Additionally, we organize an annual meet-up held in different locations each year, serving as a source of inspiration for gamers to explore and appreciate the world around them. These meet-ups are open to our community members, with events designed to cater to the diverse interests of participants. We cover travel expenses and organizational costs to ensure accessibility for all.

Our commitment to making a positive impact extends beyond direct assistance. We contribute to various charitable causes, including electronic waste recycling initiatives, veterans' health and wellness programs, gaming nonprofits, and local animal shelters across America. By supporting these organizations, we contribute to a more sustainable and compassionate society.

Furthermore, we engage with the gaming community through hosting gaming tournaments and events, both self-hosted and sponsored externally, promoting inclusivity and friendly competition. We also provide game server hosting, allowing our community and the public to enjoy gaming experiences on named servers rented for this purpose.

Our organization also protects our brand integrity through name, logo, and trademark licensing, ensuring that our identity is used responsibly and in alignment with our values. This includes licensing agreements for a recurring fee to entities interested in using our trademarks and copyrights.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we coordinate the recycling of unused older all-in-one consoles, redirecting them to donation applicants who can benefit from these devices.

Lastly, our nonprofit may engage in property ownership, real or speculative, and form businesses if necessary to sustain our mission and investments. These strategic actions enable us to operate efficiently and continue our support for those in need, ensuring that our impact remains meaningful and lasting.

Our founders hail from a vast and varied experience background from Corporate professionals, IT specialists, Logistics engineers, Healthcare providers, Military officers, and the Disabled.  Doing so offers our nonprofit corporation the widest breadth of leadership knowledge while being exact and explicit in operations know-how.

Our nonprofit corporation has a volunteer-based structure; the board of directors, and all workers are volunteers.  The Officers: President, Treasurer, and Secretary, are the only employees.  The Officers will carry on the activities of the nonprofit corporation.  Oversight of the Officers will be annually arranged by the appropriate committee.  Oversight of the organization will be reported to the Board of Directors quarterly with an annual review.

The Officers of the nonprofit corporation will meet regularly to service the needs of the organization.  The Board of Directors will meet semi-regularly to service the oversight of the organization.  All operations of the organization will occur online, remotely, and be stored electronically.  Our nonprofit organization's central location is Wyoming, USA.

The Pub Crawlers Nonprofit Corporation formed online over the years from friends, into a gaming group, and from there into a community movement focused on improving the lives of those who need it most.  One of our founders became physically disabled when a car obliterated their motorcycle.  The experience of not being able to leave the house, being stuck in a room, made them miss the camaraderie found at your local pub.  With nostalgia, our nonprofit corporation is named Pub Crawlers in the name of the need to be a part of the community, even when you can’t.  We believe all people from all walks of life deserve a voice and a place at the table, together.  Without serving anything to drink, we operate online in a manner that best serves our worldwide community.

The need for a space to be able to share thoughts and opinions without the requirement of agreement led to a dynamic group being formed which grew over time. In early April 2019, we held our first official meet-up in Washington DC. In the heart of the Capital of the United States of America, a shared idea was founded. Collectively we recognized the power of people coming together to make things happen.  We founded the concept of forming a public charity to serve the gaming community in an effort to bring people together, in real life. Our organization begins operations in Spring 2024 and plans to be fully functional within 3 years. Our organization's development plan is to be an internationally operational NGO within 5 years of founding.

Our organization is founder funded as we initiate the forming of a nonprofit corporation.  Annually we seek and apply for federal, state, and local grants in addition to private foundations.  We have various donation streams available online via twitch.tv, patreon.com, and other platforms.  Our nonprofit corporation’s money is spent on online operating costs, donation of goods, and donation of services.  Minimal expenses on operations and compensation are continuously sought.
